Play something outside of the stereotypes. They rely on wooj, on crazy disciplines, but there are rituals, and magic to shut all that off.

A lot of the high point PCs that get rolled, die because they get crack on their sheets, and forget the basic things to save your life. Learn to play your basics, and you're set for life. I won't just hand things out willy-nilly because you and I are friends. I'll admit though that I do desire to play a high-powered game which hopefully the 'One World Darkness' or a 'Bloodlines Sequel' or any upcoming Vampire game allows players to do this since I always hated the fact that you were stuck with only three disciplines in Bloodlines (especially only happen to be Camarilla common ones) which I had to use console commands for adding new ones. Of course the character I'm proposing would be a Caitiff who uses those disciplines for convenience like combat, stealth, and such. I think you have narrow vision of the many possibilities that can be explored of what other clans can do with those disciplines when they're shared around freely (like Brujah would use these disciplines for combat, a Gangrel would use those disciplines for survival, a Nosferatu would use those disciplines for better information gathering and stealth, a Toreador would use those disciplines to improve their 'art', and so on) which they're usage of them could also fit their clan philosophy/traits as well. Of course going by your logic, this is the main reason why I have a problem with the very concept of 'clan specific powers' which is rather not only restrictive but also makes character more predictable which can be boring. I guess I wouldn't choose you to be my ST then. I can certainly elaborate on all of this, but you should understand, you're asking to have a super powered character that should only be an NPC.

By wanting what you ask for is saying you want to be more powerful, mechanically, than veritable blood-gods. They made a choice, eons ago, to not use them, and only pass certain ones. They forsook the other disciplines in favor of certain ones.

The Antediluvians founded their clans by diverging the blood. You don't need crazy specific stuff to be awesome, just the cardinal 8, basic. Why would you give up being the only one who can do that? Would you want everyone else to be able to mimic your powers by sheer will? No, find a clan, play that clan, all the flaws and awesome stuff that makes them, them, and learn to problem solve without crack. What happens if literally everyone can learn it? Are they unique anymore? What happens when the entire pack/coterie knows it? That character becomes obsolete. What makes the Tzimisce unique, what do they bring to the table, to the game? Vissisitude and occasionally Koldunic Sorcery. Yeah, that strong.Д¬lan-specific powers, including magic, is exactly that: clan-specific. Why would he need them? He was extremely powerful as a near-mortal ghoul/revenant, enough to subdue elders, force an Embrace upon himself, and immediately diablerize his grandsire. No Obtenebration, no Koldunism, no Thaum, no Necro. If I was your ST, I would tell you no flat out. You are asking for either an already cracked-out PC, or the ability to have one. Why on earth would any of these clans teach you their clan-specific discipline, especially their magic? It doesn't make sense. Hey, ST here, everyone else is mostly spot on. I wonder if such a character would work in VtM and how would you make it believable? Would she be a diaberist hence where she get's access to Elder powers or maybe it's possible just play a Dark Ages character who carries on into the Modern era especially if Methuselah characters are playable? Well the character I desire to play sort of the Modern goth/punk/biker 'Near Dark/Lost Boys' style Vampire (punk leather jacket or trench coat, jeans, black ti shirt etc) and has the traditional Dracula powers (turning into bats, wolf, mist, rats, etc) along with magic and sorcery and of course she doesn't shy away from guns and swords when she needs them not to mention having her own skyrim style 'Vampire Lord' form. You know I wonder how easy (or hard) it is for a Vampire to learn out of clan disciplines since for example, I wonder if it's possible to play a Brujah who has Obtenabration, Vicissitude, Protean, Necromancy, Thaumaturgy paths (like Movement of the Mind, Lure of Flames, etc) Koldunic Sorcery and such.
